Service Description

Stargazer Tent Stargazer is a canvas tent and resides close to the bathhouse and has a queen size bed. This accommodation is one of the closest to the bath house & kitchen. The tent has a platform with a low deck that overlooks the landscape, and sits back privately towards the rear of the orchard with a private picnic table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. Solar lights glow inside in the evening, and the stargazing here is spectacular. *There is no wifi available in the room. If 2 people share Stargazer, a twin cot can be arranged or the Queen bed can be shared. **Secure this room with a $400 non refundable deposit


Cancellation Policy

Prettywell retreats: Cancellation & Refund Policy Planning an in-person experience involves significant upfront commitments for venue buyout, catering, and curation. Because of these non-refundable logistics and the highly limited capacity of this event, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Please review the deadlines, payment structures, and cancellation terms below before confirming your spot. 1. Deposit & Payment Milestones Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your spot at the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of registration. Final Payment Deadline: The final balance for the retreat must be paid in full by September 22, 2026. Automatic Cancellation: If your final payment is not received by 11:59 PM EST on September 22, 2026, your spot will be forfeited, and your deposit will not be refunded. 2. Cancellation Windows & Refund Schedule If you need to cancel your attendance, your refund eligibility depends strictly on when you notify us in writing: : Due to locked-in venue counts and catering guarantees, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including illness, work emergencies, or personal scheduling conflicts. As such we strongly recommend getting a travel insurance that will cover the cost of your trip should you need to cancel: 3. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended) To protect your investment against unexpected medical issues, family emergencies, or travel delays, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (such as a "Cancel For Any Reason" policy) within 14 days of booking your spot. $. Event Cancellation by Host In the highly unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the host due to force majeure, venue issues, or unforeseen emergencies, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us. The host is not responsible for any outside expenses incurred, such as flights, train tickets, or travel gear. Acknowledgement By submitting your deposit and finalizing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
