I get it...

You've been grinding all year. You've dodged layoffs, survived the job market gauntlet, adjusted to changing targets again and again. The seasons are changing, and you know end of year craziness is around the corner. It's EOY budget reviews, final performance metrics, and the frantic scramble to close the gap against unrealistic stakeholder expectations, oh and with fewer team members than you started the year.

Before you know it, it will be November, and you shift from pouring into your email job - revising deck after deck for leaders who never look at them anyway - to caring for your family. Maybe it's searching for the perfect gift for your parents, coordinating holiday travel,  or simply just trying to feel the joy of holiday cheer with no gas in the tank.

Q4 used to be a time of slower business,
a little pause to catch your breath for theyear. But now, it's a full sprint ahead into holidays AND yearly planning. You need to plan a break for yourself now, before you find yourself in December completely depleted.

Join me and 9 other ambitious but overwhelmed women for a weekend of rest. A weekend of movement. A weekend of connection, both back to yourself, and with other women who understand.

Is Camp OOO Meant For ME?

This weekend was meticulously designed for corporate women running out of steam. You don’t have weeks to disappear into a sabbatical, but you know that continuing at your current pace without a hard stop is no longer sustainable.

This is your space if:

  • You are mentally drained from a relentless year of execution and feel the physical weight of corporate stress sitting squarely in your neck, back, and shoulders.

  • You are secretly wondering how everyone else is seemingly pushing harder for the end-of-year finish line, and yet you're already so tired.

  • You’ve put your hobbies, your sleep, and your space to breathe on the back burner for so long that you’ve forgotten what you actually like to do when you aren't working.

  • You want to reset your energy so that when the holidays arrive, you can actually enjoy your life and your people, rather than just going through the motions.

  • The idea of being completely off the grid maybe scares you, but you deeply crave permission to put your laptop away and gaze up at the stars.

Transport yourself to Hudson, NY

Imagine waking up on the morning of Friday, October 23rd. The sun hasn't quite broken through, and a quiet, foggy, crisp autumn mist blankets the grounds in Upstate New York.

Inside your luxury glamping tent, you are enveloped in a private oasis. You aren't rushing to beat an alarm or open a laptop. Instead, you slide out from under thick, cozy layers of bedding and pull on your favorite, comfy loungewear. There is zero dress code here. You have full permission to show up exactly as you are.

You step outside into the fresh, clean Upstate NY air and walk across the farm grounds. The grass is damp with dew. As you approach the main gathering area, the rich scent of fresh coffee hits you. You grab a hot, steaming mug, wrapping both hands around the ceramic, enjoying the contrast of the hot coffee against the crisp morning air.

Around you are your peers, with other high-achieving corporate women. There is an instant, unspoken connection, because everyone gets it. You are all here for the exact same reason: to finally let go.

With mug in hand, you wander over to the beautifully restored, rustic barn. The wood is warm, and the space is completely quiet. You sit down, open your journal, and finally take the time to reflect on your year so far. Not through the lens of a company's performance metrics, but through the lens of your own human life.

As the sun finally breaks through the mist, streaming warm golden light through the open barn doors, we begin a nourishing, fluid vinyasa yoga practice. The sounds of the farm waking up echo softly in the background. Your mind is quiet, your body is moving, and for the first time in months, you are entirely present.

What are we doing at Camp OOO?

YOUR DAY BY DAY JOURNEY

Day 1: Thursday afternoon

You sneak out of work a little early and hop on a train from Penn Station, leaving the concrete and the noise behind. You’ll arrive at the peaceful acreage of our farm starting at 3:00 PM. After settling into your private glamping oasis, we will gather as a collective for our Opening Ceremony & Grounding Flow. You exhale out a sigh of relief that your laptop didn't even make the journey with you, and you can be fully present for the next 3 days.

As dusk falls, we sit down to our first farm-to-table dinner prepared by our private chef. We close out the night gathered around a roaring group bonfire, watching the stars come alive in the sky between the trees.

You head to bed in between the warmest, coziest sheets, and fall asleep to the gentle sounds of nature around you.

Day 1: Friday

It's probably foggy and dewy as you exit your tent and head to the central part of our grounds - the outdoor kitchen. Your morning coffee is ready, and other women are already gathered around preparing for our first class of the day: Morning Flow & Focused Breathwork inside the barn, designed to clear the mental fog and ground your awareness. Following a farm-fresh breakfast, the middle of the day belongs entirely to you. This is where you practice the art of doing what you want to to do, not what's expected of you, but truly what you feel would be restful and restorative to you.

Slip into a hammock under a canopy of autumn leaves, read that book you’ve been putting off for months, or take a quiet walk to meet the farm’s friendly goats and farm animals. In the afternoon, the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge circuit are fired up to deeply detoxify the body. We gather back in the late afternoon for an Evening Movement session to melt away deep-seated muscular tension, followed by a chef-curated dinner and our nightly campfire, with s'mores.

Day 3: Saturday

You wake up on Saturday feeling refreshed already, and excited that you get to do it all again today. The full day is ours. After your morning coffee and yoga, you’ll have the luxury of slow hours to yourself.

Today, you can choose to upgrade your rest by booking a private, custom facial with our on-site esthetician—a luxurious layer of self-care designed to revitalize skin tired out by corporate stress and city pollution. (subject to availability)

Whether you spend your afternoon journaling by the trees or sharing deep, laughing conversations with women who understand your work life, the space is yours. Our late afternoon movement session focuses on deep structural release, preparing you for our final celebratory farm-fresh feast and our closing night bonfire under the stars.

Day 4: Sunday

Our final morning begins with a fluid morning yoga practice, and final journaling exercise, locking in the clarity, calm, and boundaries you’ve cultivated over the long weekend.

After a final, beautiful group breakfast, we check out at 11:00 AM. You will taxi back onto the train bound for Manhattan feeling completely refilled, structurally grounded, and entirely prepared to navigate the remainder of Q4 with absolute clarity and ease.

Meet your Retreat Leader: Sarah Espinosa

Yoga Teacher, Mobility Specialist, Sound Healer, and Big Tech dropout

I'm so excited to bring you this retreat and create this space for my fellow corporate women. Whether you're still in the 'matrix,' in between gigs, or considering leaving it for good, I *get* it. I worked in corporate (tech sales girl here) for 13 years at places like Google, Adobe, and various startups. I've seen the change from a wonderfully chill end of year where you could fully embrace the holidays, to the all-out-sprint to the finish that the last several years have become.

I wanted to create a space for overwhelmed high-achieving women to pause. With intention. With nature. With likeminded peers. To give yourself a chance to breathe, pick your head up from the grind, and be strategic about refilling your cup so you don't completely lose steam before Thanksgiving even rolls around.

I'm a 350+ hour trained yoga teacher, having completed my 200 hour training in 2018 (while I was onboarding at Google, lol). I specialize in vinyasa (think strong flowy movement) but I enjoy teaching Restorative and Yin as well. I recently completed my Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist training, and I've begun to bring more intention exercises into my yoga classes to promote healthy joints and longevity, beyond just "flexibility." I love to travel, especially on yoga retreats, and I've been to 8 in the last 5 years, so I'm confident about creating this restful, restorative, and energizing space for you!

WHERE WE'RE STAYING:
CHOOSE YOUR ROOM

Every single accommodation is entirely unique. You aren't just selecting a bed size; you are choosing the specific vibe and physical environment for your weekend reset. All structures are spread out generously across the acreage to maximize your personal privacy.

Spots are strictly limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Registration Process:

  1. Click the booking button for your preferred tent or cabin option to place your $400 non-refundable deposit. This immediately locks in and removes that room from the availability list.

  2. Once your deposit is confirmed, Sarah will personally reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm if you are staying solo or sharing the room with a friend, colleague, or partner.

  3. If you are sharing a room, your designated bunkmate will be sent an exclusive direct link to submit their matching deposit.

A Note on Facilities: The glamping tents/cabins utilize a brand-new, beautifully renovated luxury bathhouse located centrally on the ranch property, featuring premium hot showers, modern toilets, and high-end vanity spaces. I've personally stayed here and used the bathhouse all weekend and it's the best camping bathhouse I've ever used.
