WE START JULY 2026.

What is the Identity Shift Intensive?
A 6 week group coaching program for burnt out, overwhelmed, extremely tired, and all around lost millennial women who are no longer feeling called to the job titles and identities you've spent so many years building.
A collective of likeminded women who are starting to wake up from the matrix and realizing, holy sh*t what am I doing with my life, and more importantly, who am I?
A dedicated time to get really honest with yourself, and stay accountable with support from the group, about who you are now, where you want to be, and what's holding you back.
We're holding up a mirror to ourselves, getting really honest about how much being a "corporate girl boss" actually means to our self-worth and self-identity, and unravelling the hold it has on us so we can become us again.
The first cohort of the Identity Shift Intensive starts the week of June 15th (the group will decided on the best time for our 90 min LIVE calls).
Who is this for?
+ TECH EMPLOYEES SURVIVING THEIR 5TH ROUND OF LAYOFFS
+ MARKETING GIRLIES SICK OF "DOING MORE WITH LESS"
+ CORPORATE WOMEN ON THEIR 3RD TOXIC BOSS IN A ROW
+ THE LAWYER WHO WORKED HER WHOLE TWENTIES FOR A JOB IT TURNS OUT SHE HATES
+ THE MIDDLE MANAGER WHO KEEPS LOSING TEAM MEMBERS BUT NEVER HAS HEADCOUNT APPROVED
+ THE GIRL WHO CLIMBED THE LADDER ONLY TO REALIZE THE TOP IS NOT ALL SHE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE
+ ANY MILLENNIAL WOMAN WHO DID "EVERYTHING RIGHT" AND ISNT SURE IF IT'S WHAT SHE EVEN WANTS ANYMORE
THE TRANSFORMATION
You are here: You're currently a corporate saddie
You climbed the ladder as hard as you could, you played the game, you covered for mat leaves and layoffs, and the payoff hasn't been what you had hoped. You're now drained, confused, and scared to start over completely because you've already put so much time into this whole career. And let's face it, who are we really underneath the fancy titles and company logos? I promise you, you're MUCH MORE than your Linkedin profile.

During the program
You come open hearted, honest, and ready to work. 6 weeks is NOT a lot of time to do this kind of detangling if you're not ready for it, but we're locking in together. We work on building up our self-trust, our self-confidence, and keep each other accountable along the way. Outside of our 90 minute weekly group sessions, think encouraging voice notes from me, a group chat with your fellow cohort (who you already know are going through the same thing you are), and homework activities assigned to keep you on track and honest with yourself about where you're at.
After the program: Balanced Baddie
You feel ready and able to go from:
-
Big Law Attortney to ambitious fun-loving woman who happens to work in law
-
Proud but exhausted FAANG product manager to avid reader who happens to be an expert at synthesizing and translating messages between groups of people
-
Marketing Manager desperate to stay on the CMO track to hard-working and high-achieving woman who gives herself grace for not hitting VP yet, and in fact, doesn't even want it anyway.
You have a new network of likeminded women who have experienced this type of identity shift (there's more of us out there than it feels like when we're in the thick of it!). You have a renewed sense to autonomy and control over your career that the several years post-COVID and newly normalized layoff culture had smothered.

Feeling overwhelmed?
trust me, I get it
I spent 6.5 years at Google, and for over 2 of those years I worked to detangle my identity from "Googler" to accomplished enterprise tech sales expert who happened to also worked at Google. I didn't realize the huge sense of pride, prestige, accomplishment, and quite frankly, elitism, I felt by working at "the best company in the world," and how that was a huge driver in me staying despite toxic bosses, never-ending re-orgs, and outright disrespect in many cases. I was just happy to be a FAANG employee, making a "top of the market" salary, and scared to step out of line because "there's a million people who would kill for your job, so you better be happy you have it."
But as more and more friends were impacted by layoffs, Big Tech becoming more like an overgrown kindergarten with their return to office attendance mandates and busy work, and the increased feeling of performing my corporate job instead of enjoying my corporate job, I realized that who I worked so hard to become, wasn't me anymore. I want to share what I learned in 2 years with millennial women facing their own identity crisis so you can spare yourself the time, energy, and burnout and take back control of your career and life.

oh 2018 me, how you were so full of hope of fair and equitable promotions and a long career in tech
Unfortunately for me, I had to fully burn out (again) in order to make a change
My mission is to help other ambitious, driven, "corporate girl boss" women like myself identity shift on your terms, not because your job made you .

BEHIND EVERY CORPORATE GIRL BOSS IS A MOUNTAIN OF SOCIETAL EXPECTATIONS, SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, SUNDAY SCARIES, MONDAY DREAD, AND A DESIRE TO BE FREE.
