You're now drained, confused, and scared to start over completely because you've already put so much time into this whole career. And let's face it, who are we really underneath the fancy titles and company logos? I promise you, you're MUCH MORE than your Linkedin profile. During the program: You come open hearted, honest, and ready to work. 6 weeks is not a lot of time to do this kind of detangling if you're not ready for it, but we're locking in together. We work on building up our self-trust, our self-confidence, and keep each other accountable along the way. Outside of our 90 minute weekly group sessions, think encouraging voice notes from me, a group chat with your fellow cohort (who you already know are going through the same thing you are), and homework activities assigned to keep you on track and honest with yourself about where you're at. After the program: Balanced Baddie You feel ready and able to go from: - Big Law Attorney to ambitious fun-loving woman who happens to work in law - Proud but exhausted FAANG product manager to avid reader who happens to be an expert at synthesizing and translating messages between groups of people - Marketing Manager desperate to stay on the CMO track to hard-working and high-achieving woman who gives herself grace for not hitting VP yet, and in fact, doesn't even want it anyway. You have a new network of likeminded women who have experienced this type of identity shift (there's more of us out there than it feels like when we're in the thick of it!). You have a renewed sense to autonomy and control over your career that the several years post-COVID and newly normalized layoff culture had smothered.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for committing to the Identity Shift Intensive. Because this is a high-touch group experience with limited capacity and a dedicated cohort structure, enrollment requires a firm commitment to the process and the community. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and payment plans below. 1. Refund Policy All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital delivery of program assets, immediate access to proprietary frameworks, and the limited number of seats available in this cohort, no refunds will be issued after your purchase is completed or your first payment is processed. No Retrospective Adjustments: If you choose to withdraw from the program early or change your mind, you remain responsible for the entire investment. 2. Payment Plans & Failed Payments Commitment to the Full Fee: If you selected a multi-payment option, you are legally obligated to fulfill all remaining payments. Choosing a payment plan is a financing mechanism for the full program cost, not a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled at will. Late or Declined Payments: In the event that a payment fails, access to the group calls, community platform, and digital portal will be suspended immediately. Access will be restored once the payment is successfully processed. Delinquent accounts remaining unpaid after [e.g., 7 days] may be permanently removed from the program without a refund of previous installments. 3. Program Postponement or Disruption Rescheduling: In the rare event that a live group session needs to be rescheduled due to an emergency or act of God, a makeup session will be scheduled. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for rescheduled sessions. Removal from Program: We reserve the right to remove any participant from the group environment if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the community guidelines. In the highly unlikely event of removal, no refund will be issued.
